The George Ezra song has already popped into my head as I start typing this and I suspect it’s going to be on loop throughout. I’m not sure how much tourism it’s brought to Budapest, but it sure was enough to get me to visit this capital of Hungary.

Marrakesh (or Marrakech) may very well be the definition of an assault on the senses. The heat, noise, colours, smells, encounters and bustling activity I experienced over the course of the trip made for an interesting holiday, and I mean that in a mostly good way.

If I had to pick one city that I wouldn’t mind visiting over and over again, it’d be Amsterdam. I guess it’s my Bali of Europe, albeit more expensive with slightly erratic weather.

Ahh… London. My love for this city has grown with every visit and while I’m by no means a Londoner just yet, I’ve spent a solid year exploring this exciting capital of the United Kingdom.

I’ve spent the last couple of months convincing my friends to go to Fiji, since I can’t seem to get over my trip to the island paradise. I’m itching for yet another holiday (what’s new Singapore) but anywhere is going to be really hard to live up to my recent trip to Fiji. The islands stole my heart from the moment I got off that direct Fiji Airways flight and it’s been a struggle sorting through all the photos and memories.

Having been lucky enough to roam the fields of the legendary Glastonbury Festival in England last year, I came back to Asia knowing that I had to find some form of equivalent. 2017 is turning out to be quite a big year for the music festival scene here, with many new and upcoming additions throughout the region.

It’s hard being stuck in one place long term and that’s probably one of the main reasons why so many of us suffer from wanderlust all the time. That and everyone else’s incessant posting on social media about grand adventures… damn you Instagram!
